At the AGM it was decided that the age up date for 2013 will be date of last round - Sept 14th
Round dates are as follows Round 1 1st June, Round 2 6th July, Round 3 14th September.
The Draw for round 1 div1 and 2 can be found on the Results page.
Where clubs have offered to host I have accommodated where necessary. We will need a club in gala2 div1 to Host please contact me asap. Thank you.
- HOST Club Competition / Secretaries must use the contact list to communicate details of the galas to the clubs in their gala. (latest contact list also attached) / further update later this month
- HOST Club Competition / Secretaries to email results (completed gala recording spreadsheet) from each round to competition@harrowswim.com & colin.jones@sainsburys.co.uk
All the necessary Hosting documentation will be available on the Junior League Website www.mkjuniorleague.co.uk – later this month which includes
- GALA RECORDING SHEET
- DIV1 AND DIV 2 TEAM SHEETS (TO BE CORRECTLY FILLED IN AND EMAILED TO THE HOST CLUB THE THURDSDAY BEFORE EACH ROUND)
- DIV1 AND DIV 2 GENERIC PROGRAMME FOR ALL ROUNDS – Entry this year will be £3 per person, children and O.A.P free

The league wishes to stop the confusion and position we found ourselves in last year with regards to the hosting of galas to help elevate this please would you reply to me before 2nd February whether or not your club will be able to host one, two or all 3 of the rounds to be held on 1st June/ 6TH July / 14th September this will enable us to create a “Host Pool” of clubs for each round. contact competition@harrowswim.com

A Larger car park sits adjacent to the Centre in Central Avenue
For those who remember the old Hayes Pool the new leisure centre is directly over the road from the old site .
The full results for Round 2 have been uploaded together with the current League Positions and Draw for Round 3 which takes place on September 15th.
You will see that Div 1 Gala 3 was recorded using Hy-Tek’s Meet Manager software. This was a trial to see whether it was suitable for our specific use. As a lot of Clubs use this software to submit electronic entries, please could we have your comments as to whether you would want to use it within the League as well. No firm decisions have been made as to its use as yet.
With regard to venues for Round 3, I do not want to get into the debacle that presented itself in Round 2.
Therefore, please let me know if you have pencilled in the date at your respective venues – I want to have the venues and host clubs confirmed in the very near future.
